On September 8, 2014, Lacovia High School officially welcomed its first batch of Sixth Formers. Twenty five students drawn from Lacovia High and various other schools commenced classes in six Unit 1 CAPE subjects. Today, the sixth form cohort has increased to 80 and the subject offerings have increased to sixteen!
The school has had excellent passes at CAPE and has been ranked 61out of 100 in the 2017 Educate Jamaica’s national rankings. To be a part of this prestigious group, aspiring students must pass at least five (5) CSEC subjects including English in Grades 1 and 2.
